How We Make Money
Every way this site earns, stated plainly — affiliate commissions, display advertising, and the sections that earn nothing at all.
Running a site costs money, and you deserve to know exactly where ours comes from.
Affiliate commissions
Some links to products are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Every affiliate link is marked visibly and disclosed next to the link itself, in the same place you see the recommendation. We do not rely on a footer notice or a buried disclosure page, because that is not adequate disclosure and it is not fair to you.
What this does not buy:
- No merchant pays us for a favourable review.
- No merchant pays for placement or ranking position.
- No merchant sees an article before it is published.
- We do not rank products by what they pay. Where we publish a ranking, the criteria are stated on the page.
If the best answer to a question is a cheap product we earn nothing on, or no product at all, that is what the article says.
Display advertising
Pages may carry display advertising. Advertisers have no influence over editorial content and no advance sight of it.
Sections that earn nothing
Our regulatory status coverage carries no affiliate links, no vendor names, no sponsorship and no product recommendations. This is permanent.
Those pages exist as a reference. Their value to you depends entirely on us having nothing to gain from what you do after reading them, so we have made sure we don’t.
What we will never do
We will never sell peptides, fulfil orders, or take a commission from a vendor selling products intended for human injection that are not approved drugs.
We will never publish dosing, reconstitution or sourcing guidance for unapproved peptides alongside a link to buy them.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you think we have fallen short of it, tell us. We would rather hear it from you than not.
